Do you need help with your cancellation or modification of reservation?

If you wish to cancel one of your upcoming trips, simply contact us directly.

How can I pay for my reservation?

There are two payment methods:

  1. Deposit or bank transfer: Payment of the entire stay will be requested before arriving, or a percentage. The total amount payable will depend on the type of fare chosen.
  2. A valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard): This payment option will allow you to pay in advance or at check-in, depending on the rate chosen.

When can I check in? When do I need to check out?

Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at Reception, preferably early check-in before your arrival, and late check-out at the time of your arrival, not on the same day of your departure.

The application of these will depend on availability and includes an additional cost.

At Ptm Downtown we do not have a 24-hour reception, if you arrive at another time (until 22:00 - 23:00) travelers with confirmed reservations can count on the access codes to enter their room.

What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer private and shared rooms. Private rooms are reserved per room/per night and not per guest. Instead, our shared rooms are booked per bed (per guest)/per night.

Do you offer transportation services from the airport?

We do not have this service. But we can help you get here.

Why are there different rates for the same type of accommodation?

Depending on the season of the year, you may find the following rates:

  1. Non-refundable rate: This rate depends on the country and season of the year, you will regularly see it with a non-refundable promotion.
  2. Standard/Refundable Rate: This rate offers regular cancellation or modification policies with possible refunds if the reservation is changed or canceled within the indicated time.
  3. Standard rate with breakfast included: This rate, like the refundable standard rate, offers regular cancellation or modification policies with possible refunds if the reservation is changed or canceled within the indicated time, with the difference that it includes breakfast.

How do I apply to work at Ptm Downtown?

Where can I leave my car if there is no parking?

There is public or private parking (at an additional cost) within walking distance of the hotel. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us via our online chat or call us before arriving.

We offer a space to store your luggage for the first 24 hours, after these hours we apply an extra hour/day rate. To inquire about rates for additional hours/days, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or call us before arriving.

Is it possible to add an extra bed to a private room?

Most private double rooms do not have space for an extra bed. To find out if it is possible to add an extra bed to your reservation, do not hesitate to contact us via our online chat or call us before arriving.

Is Ptm Downtown suitable for children?

It is very important that you know that children cannot stay in shared dormitories even if they are accompanied by a responsible adult, the only way this is allowed is if the entire dormitory has been reserved for the same family group.
Furthermore, we recommend taking the hostel as it is a type of accommodation alluding to party culture, which means that noise levels can be higher and longer during weekends. In any case, we offer some rooms away from social areas, and depending on the type of room booked and availability, you can request a change directly to Reception.
